Trowbridge Health Centre Patient Participation Group

PPG

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

The practice runs a patient participation group which meets regularly and is open to all patients. If you would like to join the group or have any feedback you would like to be considered at these meetings please let us know by completing a feedback slip available at each reception.

Not much time? Why not try our virtual Patient representation group?

We ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys brief so we don't take up too much of your time.

We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

Please note that this service is not for medical queries.

We have discovered a glitch in our system and therefore have not been receiving sign-up forms from patients who want to join the patient participation group. If you have recently signed up to join via our online form, please could you do this again. Many thanks.
