NHS legislation requests that each Health Centre & Doctors Practice establish a PPG to allow two way communications between Practice & Patients with a clear aim to constantly improve services to the patients.
1) Provide conduit between Patient and Practice
2) To enhance communications between Patients and Practice
3) To provide assistance to the Practice where requested
4) To encourage a spirit of self help and support amongst patients
