Dear Patients of Trowbridge Health Centre
We understand that this is a worrying and anxious time for many people. We would therefore like to give a brief update to our patients with regards to Covid 19 Vaccinations.
Our Vaccination clinics have now started and all of our Health Centre staff are currently involved in vaccinating our most vulnerable patients against coronavirus.
This means we have reduced capacity of our receptionists , administrators, Doctors and Nurses available , and this may unfortunately result in longer waits for our patients.
The priority groups and timescales for vaccination are set by the government and we are unable to make changes to them.
We kindly ask that you do not contact us to book an appointment, the NHS will contact you. This will help us maintain our service to be there for patients when they need us the most.

As of 19th April 2021 , 24,926 of our patients have had their first Vaccination , this equates to 59% of all of our adult patients.
3887 patients have also had their second vaccine.

CHANGE IN SERVICE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS
The main aim of the Health Centre at the moment is to prevent our patients and staff catching the Coronavirus.
Appointments will now be via the telephone, if the GP or Nurse feels that a further face to face appointment is necessary and it is safe for you to attend they will arrange this for you.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY unless you have a pre-arranged face to face appointment.
All appointments, general enquiries or requests should be made over the telephone.
This situation is likely to continue for a number of months, thank you for your understanding.
The Main Doors of Trowbridge Health Centre (Seymour Road Entrance) are CLOSED Patients asked to attend an appointment by a GP will have access via an intercom
The Prospect Place Entrance remains closed (No Intercom is available at this door)
If you are asked to attend a face to face appointment, please wear a Face Covering.
To ensure safe social distancing in the surgery please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your pre-arranged appointment time and follow the one way system out of the building after your appointment .If you arrive too early for your appointment you will be asked to wait outside.

We offer a friendly, efficient and professional service across two sites to all the family. High quality services are delivered by a broad range of practice team members. We work from purpose built premises, and provide a full range of general practice services. There are pharmacies at both sites.

The Practice has a large car park for patient use with level access and designated areas exist for disabled drivers.
Please note there is now a maximum Parking time limit of 90 minutes in our car park - If you think you will be parked for longer please enter you car registration details on the parking screen located in reception.
